Refund Policy

At BloomSkillz, we are committed to providing high-quality training programmes to help teams and individuals achieve their professional development goals. We understand that circumstances may arise where a client or individual needs to request a refund, and we have created this policy to outline the terms and conditions.

Enrolment Refunds

We do offer a programme refund if the client or individual informs us in writing at least 12 days before the training programme start date. This allows us enough time to find a replacement participant to ensure we have the minimum number of pax.

To request a refund, please submit your request in writing to our customer support team at bloomskillz@gmail.com, along with a brief explanation of your reason for the refund. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the programme purchase.

For refund requests received after the 12-day window

In the case of a registered client or individual being unable to attend, a substitute will be allowed. The client or individual will need to notify us in writing prior to the start of the programme.

Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion for refund requests received after the 12-day window.

Cancellation Refunds

If the training programme is cancelled or postponed by BloomSkillz due to unforeseen circumstances or if we fail to meet the minimum participation requirements, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 days.

Exceptions and Limitations

Certain training programmes or services may be excluded from our standard refund policy, such as customised or private training sessions or specialised certifications. These exceptions will be clearly communicated during the enrolment process.

BloomSkillz reserves the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the request is made in bad faith, the client or individual has already completed a significant portion of the programme, or the request falls outside the stated refund window.
