HRD Corp is an agency that provides training funding for the development of the Malaysian workforce through the collection of levy (tax) from employers.

BloomSkillz is registered with HRD Corp and is a certified training provider. All trainings under us can be claimed by employers from HRD Corp (employers must be registered with HRDF and have paid the levy).

What does this mean for you?

• No upfront payment is required
• Courses are 100% HRD Corp Claimable
• Training fees will be claimed by BloomSkillz directly from HRD Corp

Note: Employers are encouraged to train their local talent and use their levy within two (2) years or you will lose your eligibility to receive any financial assistance or other benefits under the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).
